  •  Just wanted to say a quick hello as I was browsing through every1s introductions on here and related to what you'd said. I'm a newbie on here too, and am hoping to go to a meetup soon, but it will take some bottle for me too. Just letting you know you're not alone,

  •  Richard. It would be good to meet. Please try and make it to one of the meet-ups - they are on during the week. There's a mixed bunch of us - the talk by the nutritionist may shed some light on matters as will the fact it will be held at our regular venue.(elephant and castle), which attracts larger groups.
