Saturday May 24, at 7:30 pm at Simon Fraser's Vancouver Harbour Centre campus, John Ralston Saul, author of "The Unconscious Civilization" and other books, will be speaking on "The Independent Scholar and Public Intellectual in a Corporatist Era" There is also a Special Reception: Meet John Ralston Saul prior to the keynote address. 6:15 pm Seating is limited for these events & reservations are required. With with the Independent Scholars' symposium, there are two films showing too
