- "The books I enjoy most are fiction where characters are not only well-developed they evolve or transcend their beginnings in some way. Still, I'm usually reading a non-fiction while I'm reading a novel."

- I am a single mom and former psychotherapist who moved a year ago from Denver, Colorado to learn a new trade as a grant writer for a children's foundation. My son is in college in PA and I miss him terribly, but I couldn't be happier in Evanston!

“ Starting with a clip of Eckhart Tolle was perfect. It created a focal point to meditate on, and was the cause of a great discussion later - "being a witness" as we observe our thoughts and let them go, observe ourselves becoming attached to our thoughts and then letting them go, etc. Also some people were able to share beautiful imagery that they experienced, which was really nice because they were staying present and not trying to control their thinking or attempt to fix a problem. I was truly inspired and can't wait for tomorrow night! ”
